The view of the south side of the house shows the living room at the
right behind the sloped glass and the kitchen and bath behind the
vertical glass on the left. The bedroom sits to the behind the
bath area. As you can see, the exterior of the house is complete
except for the solar panels (those in this picture are part of a
portable unit which will not transfer with the sale).
The front door sits on the east side of the home and
leads to the living area.
This view shows the great room after entering the front
door. Here you can see that the shell is basically complete, but
the finishing touches such as floors, interior plaster, and ceilings
await your completion. As designed, you would have a gray water
planter immediately under the sloped glass. The kitchen would be
in the very center of this picture just in front of the half wall.
Behind it is the bathroom. The living room is to the right.
This picture shows the living room section of the great
room. The cord hanging from the ceiling opens the skylight.
The view looking out the great room showcases a
spectacular vista of forest in the forground and the Truchas peaks in
the distance. You can only image how pretty it will be with the
