John
Kejr works as an Associate Broker with Dreamcatcher Real Estate in Taos, New
Mexico. His experience includes sales of land, businesses and commercial
property, traditional homes, investment properties, condominiums and
earthships. While he certainly is the earthship expert, he gladly works with
clients looking to buy or sell all types of properties.
When choosing a real estate agent to buy or sell an
earthship, you should choose someone who with the experience and knowledge
particular to them. Ever since John Kejr started selling earthships, he has
dominated the sales of these intriguing homes capturing over 3/4 of the
earthship market*. He is also the only real estate agent who has sold
properties in all of the major earthship communities.
When the Travel Channel was looking for a unique show of
second homeowners for their 2006 season, they chose John and some of his clients
who were looking to buy an earthship. He spends three days with the film crew
as his clients looked at three earthships and eventually chose one. He had a
lot of fun doing this and saw what really goes on behind the scenes of reality
television programs.
John
Kejr graduated from the REALTORSŪ Association of New Mexico 2006 Leadership RANM
program. Only 12 members were selected statewide for this program where future
leaders are identified and developed by the association. John was honored to be
the only REALTORŪ from north of the Albuquerque metro area to be selected.
Aside from business, John serves as the president of the
Taos Community Chorus where
he sings tenor. He invites singers of all abilities to contact him
regarding singing with this community group.
"I just love what I do. Some days I think to
myself that I am so blessed to live in such a beautiful place and spend my
workday driving around and looking at such beautiful creation, meeting
fascinating people, and showing the most unique properties.
I care about my clients and hope that it shows in my
work. I would be honored to be your Real Estate broker for your next
transaction in Northern New Mexico."
